Our client is recruiting for a Patient Liaison Assistant to join their team. This position is based in the centre of Worcester and hybrid working is available. You will be answering incoming patient enquiries and helping new patients to sign up.

You willbe helping to solve any problems that arise and helping the business to retain existing patients for the future.


Responsibilities of the Patient Liaison Assistant role:

  • The main point of contact for incoming enquiries
  • Problem solving and helping to resolve any issues
  • Following up on leads making outbound calls
  • Signing new patients up
  • Keeping records up to date
  • Creating welcome letters and membership cards
  • Keeping up to date on patient renewals
  • Creating strong relationships with existing patients
  • General admin as required
  • Excellent communicator written and verbal
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales role
  • IT literate
  • Good problem solver
  • Good organisational skills
  • Team player who can multitask well
