About the role:
* Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive HSEQ policies and procedures tailored to demolition and deconstruction projects.
* Conduct frequent site inspections and audits to ensure strict adherence to HSEQ regulations, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
* Collaborate with project managers and teams to identify risks, provide expert guidance, and suggest mitigation strategies.
* Lead investigations into incidents, analyze root causes, and establish corrective/preventive actions to reduce future occurrences.
* Create and deliver specialized HSEQ training programs customized for the demands of demolition and deconstruction tasks.
* Keep updated on industry regulations and technological advances, incorporating best practices into company policies.
* Engage with regulatory authorities, clients, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel extensively to different project locations, holding a valid driver's license.
  • Preferred certifications such as NEBOSH or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Proven background in HSEQ management within demolition or construction sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSEQ regulations, particularly in relation to demolition and deconstruction projects.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess risks and establish proactive safety measures.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and cultivate a safety-focused environment.
