  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging sustainability trends and best practices
  • Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure that sustainability goals are understood and met
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance and support to help them grow professionally
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., sustainability, engineering, architecture, etc.)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability consulting or related field, with a focus on green building certifications
  • Proven track record of leading sustainability projects and managing project teams
  • Knowledge of green building certification programs such as LEED, WELL, BREEAM, and others
  • Understanding of sustainability concepts and strategies, including energy efficiency, water conservation, and sustainable materials
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex sustainability concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct sustainability audits, gap analyses, and feasibility studies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and clients to achieve sustainability goals
  • Passion for sustainability and a commitment to creating a more sustainable future
