Senior/ Principal Sustainability Consultant - Passivhaus

Eden Brown Built Environment is seeking a highly skilled Senior/ Principal Sustainability Consultant to join their Central London team. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for managing and delivering Passivhaus projects from inception to completion.

The Role:

As a Senior/ Principal Sustainability Consultant, you will lead the design and implementation of Passivhaus projects, ensuring they meet all required standards and client expectations. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure that all projects meet the rigorous Passivhaus standards.

  1. Project Leadership: Develop and implement Passivhaus projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  2. Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice on Passivhaus principles, energy modelling, and sustainable building practices.
  3. Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality and accuracy of all project documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
About You:

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience within the industry, and experience working on Passivhaus consulting, with a portfolio of completed projects. You will have strong project management abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of building physics and energy efficiency.

You will be a proven leader with the ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive projects to successful completion. You will also have a passion for sustainability and a desire to push the boundaries of what's possible in energy-efficient design.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £70k per annum, commensurate with experience. You will also have the flexibility to work from home with regular in-office collaboration in our Central London office.
