We currently are seeking a great
Head of Operations to join our fast-growing team based in Chester.

The successful
Head of Operations will have excellent communication skills, good time management, and be able to build a rapport with customers.

As
Head of Operations, you will be responsible for managing and developing an industry leading, diverse, modern repair management function which puts its people and its customers at the heart of everything we do.


You will have overall responsibility and strategic oversight for operational performance within CVS, working with our key corporate partners along with internal stakeholders to ensure we deliver the best possible service to our customers.

You will ensure that the operation is productive, effective and profitable, along with providing award winning customer service.

Achieving successful outcomes will take strategic planning, constant monitoring of industry best practice and implementing new technologies and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Operational

  • Overall responsibility for operational performance delivery within CVS.
  • Provide detailed accurate reporting to the Senior team on overall performance.
  • Work with Senior Team Members to optimise performance in all areas.
  • Accurate Cost centre forecasting and spend.
  • Maximise business conversion and minimise leakage.
  • Ensure profit margins are maximised and stable for the long term.
Customer

  • Work Providers
  • Establishing strong & close working relations with external suppliers and customers.
  • Embed a key focus on customer service excellence, profitability and efficiency.
  • Maximise CSI, NPS and CSQ performance
People

  • Regularly review staffing, Training, Coaching and QA results to achieve success in all areas, including people and customer satisfaction results.
  • Direct line management responsibility for all operational personnel.
  • Work with internal departments to develop close working relationships with key stakeholders across the group.
Innovation

  • Lead in the development of systems and processes to ensure our people have the best tools to offer an efficient service for the business and for our customer.
  • Work with internal departments and external companies on new technologies and platforms that will enable the group to remain at the forefront of the industry.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 10 Years Operations Experience
  • Experience of leading multi skilled teams
  • Strong interpersonal & people skills
  • Experience in business change and culture management
  • Knowledge of Insurance, Repair and Claims Management preferred
