An award-winning PR agency specialising in digital PR, content, social media and influencer marketing are looking for an Account Director to join their growing team.

No two days are the same, but responsibilities include:

  • Leading 4-6 accounts, ensuring we are continuously hitting KPIs and demonstrating impact to each client
  • Developing digital PR and social strategies which help clients meet their business goals (collaborating with our Creative and Planning team to maximise impact)
  • Leading the quarterly StoryPlanning process, developing creative insight-led ideas for fame (brand awareness) and findability (search visibility)
  • Designing and leading large-scale, KPI-busting campaigns from start to finish
  • Being part of a winning new business pitch team
  • Managing 2-3 direct line reports, helping each one flourish and contribute to the agency's success
Requirements:
  • Possess agency expertise managing high-profile PR and social media campaigns OR possess expertise managing digital PR (search engine optimisation) campaigns better still if you possess both
  • Have a love for brand communications in earned media and be imaginative and inquisitive.
  • Possess critical thinking skills, from breaking down a brief and formulating a plan to evaluating outcomes and offering suggestions for improvement
  • Consistently produce excellent results for clients and has the insight to adjust the approach when necessary
  • Enjoy being a team leader and understand that it will only speak good of you if your team is producing excellent work and is happy doing it.
  • Have the confidence and goodwill of your clients, so that you can impact them with thoughtful advice
Location: Oxford (hybrid)

Salary: Up to £58K
