Job description
We are looking for someone who can provide Admin support as well as be first point of contact in the office to our clients.
Summary of role:
- Internal administration
- Managing incoming calls, taking messages and redirecting as required
- Welcoming clients for meetings and managing Reception
- Scanning documents including incoming mail
- General office management e.g. ordering stationery, post out, etc
The right person:
- Effective communication skills are essential, able to communicate with clients in welcoming and professional manner
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision
- Able to plan, organise and work to deadlines
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays and extra days between Christmas and New Year.
