Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Artist Services, this role is responsible for driving and optimizing digital streaming campaigns to enhance our artists' visibility and reach across major DSPs and shortform platforms through strategic planning, execution, data analysis, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with artist partnerships managers and key editors across DSPs and shortform platforms
  • Collaborate with the UK Marketing team and artist managers to devise and implement effective campaign strategies
  • Create and execute compelling pitch strategies to secure prominent playlist placements for our artists, increasing their visibility and reach
  • Identify and pursue on-platform support programs for key releases in our roster
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to plan DSP-focused campaign assets and content for maximum impact
  • Analyze post-release performance data to identify growth opportunities and develop long-term strategies
  • Monitor streaming metrics, audience growth, and chart performance to guide future actions
  • Evaluate and report campaign results to stakeholders
  • Share best practices and updates with internal and external teams, along with case studies
  • Stay updated on digital trends and industry standards
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role at a record label or distributor
  • Extensive network of UK DSP contacts and broad knowledge of popular music genres
  • In-depth understanding of streaming platforms, playlist ecosystems, and algorithmic discovery
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with DSP contacts, artists, and managers
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data for decision-making
  • Highly organized with multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about music
