We're thrilled to have been awarded a 10-year Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract by ReNew ELP at the world's first commercial scale plastic recycling plant and are now looking to form our amazing site team.
Based in Teesside, you'll be key in delivering excellence in safe, efficient operations and maintenance using HydroPRS technology to chemically recycle end-of-life plastic.
Joining us as we commission and start up, your experience and contributions will see us achieve recycling of over 20,000 tonnes of waste plastic each year, with the scope for expansion as we grow.
The Opportunity
We are now recruiting for a Shift Team Leader whose role will be to support the Production Manager and in line with business, client & legislative requirements provide leadership and management of Production people, philosophy, strategy, actions, results & compliance during all running states.
Minimum Requirements:
- HNC in production or equivalent engineering discipline qualification and PPO 1,2,3 or equivalent.
- Experience of managing chemical process plant and/or waste recycling/material handling operations, maintenance, or engineering in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Knowledge of legislation & best practice within a process environment e.g. HASAWA, EAWR, PUWER, LOLER, COSHH, DSEAR, PSSR etc.
- Experience in developing, implementing & evaluating systems, upgrades, improvements & modifications (Management of Change).
- Familiar with budgetary procedures, setting and controlling of operational and capital budgets.
