As a Customer Journey Manager (CJM), you will play a vital role in product development, collaborating closely with the Product Owner and the wider product team to analyze and orchestrate Customer Journeys, particularly focusing on technology integration across different functions. Together with the feature team, you will interpret insights to guide prioritization strategies and design decisions.

The CJM's primary duty involves optimizing the overall customer experience, both internally and externally, ensuring that customer needs are always the top priority in all journeys. They will drive continuous enhancements to the customer journey and facilitate seamless coordination across functional boundaries to maximize journey efficiency.

This role requires active engagement with colleagues in Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure that the envisioned user experience and journey processes are accurately depicted.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Autonomously comprehend end-to-end journeys
  • Synthesize insights and information from various data, processes, and systems relevant to the customer journey
  • Take the lead in creating Customer Journey and process maps (e.g., using Visio) with minimal supervision
  • Regularly assess journey effectiveness from both customer and business perspectives
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset towards their journey
  • Facilitate alignment across functions for seamless journeys
  • Comprehend cross-functional contexts and establish alignment when necessary
