JOB TITLE
Experienced Complex Care Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY
Are you flexible and outgoing? Do you have skills in organising and juggling priorities?
If the answer is Yes, then this could be the role for you.

We are looking for dynamic, outgoing, fast paced individuals to support the delivery of excellent quality complex clinical care to adults & children in the community.

You will be responsible for our Peripatetic Care Assistants and you will manage and support them to get the most out of their role and ensure they are effective in their deployment.

You will be pivotal in supporting our Care Managers to successfully manage commissioned care packages and care staff, with the highest standards always being the driving factor.

You will also support our clinical team to ensure that they keep their training and competencies up to date with our care staff, ensuring client safety is always maintained.


ABOUT YOU

You will need to be super organised and flexible within your daily method of operation, you will need to have a weekly plan which can be amended when an urgent matter comes to you.

You will thrive on problem solving and being part of a fast-paced team, that said you will also be methodical and have an attention to detail.

You will need to be a confident driver and happy to travel, sometimes at short notice

YOUR REQUIREMENTS
You will have come from a Care background; You will need to be an experienced Co Ordinator. You will understand rota planning and be excellent at communicating with a variety of people.
You will have achieved at least NVQ L3 in care and you will be willing to complete a management and leadership course
We need you to be enthusiastic, caring, kind, dynamic and driven to ensure we always deliver the best quality service

SALARY

Your salary will be £27,000 per annum and you will be able to claim your mileage at 0.25p per mile.

You will also be invited to join our new business bonus scheme
