Precious Support Services is an independent care agency based in Leamington Spa. We are currently expanding our work to also include a branch in Birmingham, focusing on Supported Living.

We pride ourselves on being professional, available and accountable to all of our service users. Alongside this we are known for our flexibility and providing for service user's individual needs.


Precious Support Services are currently recruiting for an Care Coordinator role to manage the Birmingham branch on site in Birmingham.

Primarily this would be through managing care staff, service users, future-proofing & having an active, solution oriented approach to problems.

You would be expected to work independently, as a team and report to management.


Day to day responsibilities will include: dealing with correspondence from prospective, ongoing and new service users; attending reviews or assessments for service users; conversing with commissioners about service users or packages; managing schedules & calendars; organising meetings and ensuring these are attended; managing service user and care staff documents, supervisions and reviews; implementing new processes, documents & systems; managing or assisting with recruitment and keeping personnel records up to date and complete.

Overall you will be using your skills and knowledge to ensure that clients receive effective care and that as an office we remain effective and efficient.


Due to the nature of our work, experience in the care sector and specifically within care management would be beneficial, but is not mandatory.

We will provide a thorough induction on starting and you'd be support throughout this by senior management staff.
