I've partnered with a global consultancy business to recruit an interim French-Speaking Credit Controller.


This role offers hybrid working with 2 days a week based in their London office and the remaining 3 from home.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all customers pay their outstanding balances on time
  • Chase customers for payments in a professional and courteous manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Investigate and resolve any issues with payments or invoices
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure that all credit limits are correctly set and enforced
  • Monitor customer credit ratings and take appropriate action when necessary
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in credit control
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Proactive and selfmotivated
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
