To fully liaise between the Client, Site Project Team and Residents verbally and in writing in order to progress required works with minimum disruption to Residents while endeavouring to maintain steady workflow for sub-contractors

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Commence and maintain site files
  • Schedule access appointments
  • Issue all appointment letters
  • Ensure distribution of communication to all residents
  • Ensure prompt response /action to all queries/complaints
  • Provide Liaison Reports
  • Carry out a previsit to each resident. Note any special needs.
  • Ensure Residents are kept fully informed.
  • Carry out regular checks whilst works are in progress
  • Advise Site Team of any requirement for Site Specific notifications, giving adequate notice for preparation/issue
  • Advise Site Team promptly of any difficulties/problems incurred
  • Notify Site Team of Complaints received

Knowledge, Skill and Experience:

  • Sound experience of working within a customer care environment
  • Good knowledge of IT systems and experience of working with computerised systems
  • Good knowledge of the construction trade
  • Understanding of customers disabilities and the help available
  • Ability to host public meetings and present information in a clear manner.
  • Experience of working in partnership with a Local Authority Client
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Dedicated to the provision of a quality service

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6-8 weeks

Salary:
From £25,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

  • Guildford, Surrey: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
