With its Centennial anniversary in 2023, Beechmont Country Club is the premier private golf and country club in greater Cleveland where the individual attitudes, values, and interests of the Members cometogether to create a warm and comfortable gathering place to call home.

Beechmont Country Club is seeking a dynamic and experienced Membership & Marketing Director.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing tactics and strategy that enhances the awareness of the Beechmont CC brand and communicates the story and ongoing execution of the Sales & Marketing Plan working collaboratively with club management, membership committee, and Troon corporate team.

Drives the content development and facilitates production of all membership related materials, including but not limited to prospecting, onboarding, and retention efforts.

Leads the content, production/packaging, and delivery of a thorough and accurate onboarding of every new member, ensuring that:
Leads the marketing efforts such as paid digital efforts, synagogue and new homeowner outreach initiatives, realtor relations, etc.

Manages Beechmont CC social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and ensures delivery of consistent, high quality and engaging content; reflective of the Beechmont CC brand.

Designs and executes a monthly Club newsletter that features content from each department.
Engaged with the Beechmont CC App and website platforms.

Contributes to the overall success of the club and community by consistently interacting with members, coworkers, and management with a positive attitude and focus on culture of hospitality, leadership, and mutual respect.

Works with other department heads on special projects assigned by the GM/COO.
Microsoft Office (Publisher, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
Creative with an eye for design
Able to multi-task and produce high-quality results with strict deadlines.
Familiarity with Jonas system software is preferred.
Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is preferred.

Strong team-building skills including the ability to lead, cooperate, motivate, and contribute as part of a team with representatives from multiple disciplines.

Has a proven record of showing empathy with members' needs and communicating policy in a positive manner.
A keen eye for detail and driven by data.
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, preferably in a marketing/communications program; or five years related experience and/or training; The Membership & Marketing Director Reports to the General Manager/COO
Ability to read and speak English is required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g., the associates are required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers,

In addition to the professional qualifications outlined above, the successful candidate will be expected to function as an effective ambassador for the Club and exude a professional demeanor by modeling a natural ability and desire to deliver and promote "joyful service" in his/her daily interaction.
