IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:


Prioritise our targets member categories, creating and delivering multi-channel outbound communications to generate inquiries, nurture leads and support the Commercial Director in closing and onboarding new members.

Use a data-driven approach to help us segment our members according to engagement, company type and other relevant criteria
Act as a driver of best practice community engagement from colleagues across the business.

Work with other team members responsible for marketing other revenue streams to ensure coordinated engagement of our target markets and drive best practices across all aspects of our marketing.

Be responsible for Member Acquisition by creating and delivering marketing campaigns to drive membership acquisition, particularly of D2C brands, digital-first retailers, platforms, and marketplaces in line with our 3-year plan
Share data, define processes, build capability and drive best practices and collaboration across BRC to deliver member engagement and value
Proactive outreach to under-engaged retail members to help them fully harness the value of their membership and thus maximize renewals
Ensure co-ordination and support and drive best-practice across BRC's marketing for all revenue streams, ensuring alignment, efficiencies and cross-marketing where appropriate
Work with Community Managers to maximize value members derive from communities and ensure that member communication is consistent and rationalised across the BRC
Develop and provide internal reporting - tracking marketing activity and KPIs, continually testing activity and impact, using metrics to support ongoing improvement

Drive the marketing and sales of the event spaces at our Covent Garden HQ, The Form Rooms – including process improvement, lead generation and nurture, data capture, and account management.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE:

A commercial outlook, and experience in a proactive B2B marketing environment, combining strong analytical skills with a commitment to delivering engaging communications.

Experience of working with CRM systems preferably Microsoft Dynamics, web-based email (HTML) software such as Click Dimensions and website CMS.

Line management experience
Relevant degree or CIM / postgraduate qualification desirable
Effective time management skills/multi-tasking skills to manage several and diverse campaigns at once
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously, whilst still contributing to a strong team environment.
A creative thinker and problem solver who takes a proactive and intelligent approach to their work
A good team player, who understands the dynamics of a small team and the importance of open communication and accountability
Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and thorough understanding of tagging and tracking
Fastidious attention to detail and an eye for design
