TimePlan Education is looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team. The position is based in a top-notch further education college right in the heart of Cambridge.

As an SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with their daily tasks and activities within the college premises. Your responsibilities will include working one-on-one with students as well as in small groups. Since you will be working in an SEND capacity, you will be assisting students with additional needs, possibly involving personal care tasks where relevant experience would be beneficial.

You will collaborate within a team environment to deliver exceptional care and guidance to the students.

TimePlan offers both full-time and part-time positions, with immediate starts or starting from September 2024.

We are seeking individuals with previous experience working with school or college students, even if it was in an informal setting. Applicants with experience in Youth Groups, Scouts, Sports Coaching, or Drama Clubs are encouraged to apply. Some background in SEND is essential for this role.

This is an initial role that has the potential to evolve into a permanent position for the right candidates.
