You have experience as a skills coach, tutor, assessor, or trainer, specifically in delivering the Teaching Assistant L3 apprenticeship standard in a training provider or college setting.

You thrive on teaching and mentoring the next generation, making a real difference in their lives.

As a Skills Coach, you will deliver the L3 Teaching Assistant standard to a cohort of learners. While much of the role can be conducted remotely, you will also visit apprentices in your area.
You'll contribute to the teaching assistant industry while embracing new professional challenges.

Experience of delivering the Teaching Assistant Level 3 apprenticeship in a college or training provider setting (1 year +)
Driving licence and access to a vehicle
