Property Auction Consultant - Oxford/Hybrid - £27,000 DOE PLUS COMMS
Ambitious Group are very excited about helping this rapidly growing Property Auction business strengthen their Auction team. With twelve consultants currently, they would like to secure at least another three ASAP


Your main objective in this role is to manage the sale of a property via modern auction, a long side a local Estate Agent.


If you are currently working in residential property sales and would like to see an increase in your earnings and have more flexibility in terms of work life balance then this could be the ideal position for you.


What you will be doing

  • You will discuss the suitability of the property to make sure it meets the online auction or reservation fee requirements and advise the customer accordingly.
  • You will handle all offer negotiations and bids on behalf of the partner agent with vendors and buyers, whilst adhering with AML standards.
  • Closing deals and earning commission
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • You will be responsible for looking after a portfolio of properties and keeping clients up to speed through the auction process, ensuring the vendor is always kept up to date and fully supported.
  • You will be involved in a groundbreaking business that will change the way people buy and sell homes.
  • Working from our newly converted barn in one of Oxfordshire's loveliest villages

What's in it for you

  • Up to £27,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
  • Superb commission package (most done deals are paid within same month)
  • OTE £60,000 to £70,000
  • Regular team incentives
  • Option to be paid or have time back for occasional weekend work

  • Friday, start and finish time flexible between 08:00 and 19:00
