We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our Property & Asset Management team in Oxford. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our property management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the property management team, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Assist with the coordination of property-related activities, such as property viewings and inspections.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property information, including property details, lease agreements, and maintenance schedules.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
