Job Title: Residential Property Manager

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for an Executive Property Manager to join our team at Property Personnel. As a Residential Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing a designated group of clients with property management services, including renewals, repairs, deposits, and lettings accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and build strong relationships with key clients
  • Liaise and negotiate between landlords and tenants
  • Meet and exceed both team and individual service standards
  • Investigate and resolve queries and problems
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers to arrange works to be undertaken
  • Coach and develop junior members of the team
  • Undertake weekly review meetings with agreed and designated staff
  • Be the first point of escalation to resolve any client care issues

Personal Specification:

  • At least 1 year's experience within property management
  • ARLA/NFoPP qualifications – preferred
  • Excellent communication skills over the telephone
  • Accurate administration skills
  • Highly-organised with an acute attention to detail
  • Quick to learn and follow procedures
  • First-class customer service skills
  • Remain calm and positive under pressure

The company will provide a salary of £30,000 to £38,000 dependent on previous experience and qualifications. Fantastic benefits will include quarterly award trips and prizes for top performers and continuous career and personal development opportunities.
