Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on design, refurbishment, and dilapidation

• Prepare schedules for dilapidation and handle claims and negotiations with loss adjusters

• Report on building defects and conduct building and measured surveys

Requirements:

• MRICS qualification

• Commercial awareness and strong communication skills
