A day in the life of


As Reservations Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the hotel pricing strategy, ensuring maximum revenue, market share and the successful conversion of reservation enquiries from individuals and groups into materialised bookings.

You will help with the day-to-day relationships with local corporate bookers and utilise sales opportunities to maximise revenue.


Based in the Crowne Plaza Newcastle you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn't always mean working around the clock.

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.

It's desirable unless one year of previous experience in a similar role.
