Operations Coordinator Role

Saddle Skedaddle is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our UK-based holidays and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational administration for UK activities and holidays, including processing reservations and managing supplier relationships.
  • Implement and maintain accurate records of trip costs and payments.
  • Assist in the effective management of resources for UK holidays, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Contribute to the development and adherence to clear operating SOPs for UK operations.
  • Support the implementation of Operations Tools to organize and finalize UK holidays.

Requirements:

  • Degree-educated with at least 1 year of experience in an operations or logistics coordination role, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
  • Proven experience in managing supplier relationships, payments, and accounts.
  • Strong database management skills and knowledge of IT systems.
  • Some knowledge of cycling is beneficial but not essential.
