The RoleWe are in search of a skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee major infrastructure initiatives within the North East region.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will lead operational teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
Qualifications- Proven experience as a site manager
- Valid CPCS and CSCS Cards
Additional Certifications:
- SMSTS
- NRSWA Streetworks Supervisor
- Confined Spaces
- Deep Excavation / Temporary Works Supervisor
- Emergency First Aid
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients, subcontractors, and various trades.
Coordinate all project aspects to ensure completion aligns with client specifications, within budget and on schedule.
- Issue Work Instructions and Risk Assessments pertinent to the tasks- Plan, coordinate, and manage resources necessary for project completion
- Regularly monitor the delivery schedule and report progress to the Project Manager
- Ensure adequate supervision of all subcontractors
- Manage and coordinate the necessity for any client-specific safety documentation
- Ensure compliance with relevant For Construction Drawings and Cross sections
- Complete site audits and reports punctually
- Ensure timely submission of weekly track sheets and diaries.
- Deliver Toolbox Talks
- Maintain safety for yourself and others while working
- Collaborate effectively as part of a broader team
Travel and Flexibility
You will be stationed on-site in the North East and may need to travel to other locations to fulfill business requirements.
