This role is responsible for providing general administration support to the management team, maintaining reports, liaising with customers and suppliers as required

  • Answering and directing phone calls as required
  • Providing Customer Service support, resolving issues and liasing with transport companies to get delivery updates as required
  • Assist the RFN administrator processing service requests received by the Redstone Fitting Network and covering for them in their absence
  • Confident & Professional Telephone Manner
  • Personable and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT Skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, Experience of Sage an advantage.
  • Ability to learn in house Customer Database for recording customer contact and processing quotations and orders.
  • Excellent time Management & Organisation skills
  • Ability to multitask manage own workload in a busy and sometimes challenging environment
  • Selfmotivated
  • Able to be discrete and maintain confidentiality

Benefits
