Receptionist & Student Wellbeing Officer


This position will be working as part of a highly dedicated and professional team who aim to provide exceptional tuition to children in maths and English.

The role will be focused on customer service and providing support to our students while they are in centre. The position is based between our two centres in Gateshead and Chester le Street.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming customers to the centre and dealing with general queries
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Greeting and registering students
  • Calling parents of any students who have not attended
  • Supporting students wellbeing
  • First aider
  • Reporting safeguarding concerns
  • General administration tasks


The position will start with initial training with hours split between our two centres, once trained the position will be mostly based at our Chester le Street centre.


Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday evenings - Term Time

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 14 per week

Salary:
From £10.50 per hour
