Salary:
up to £32K depending on experience

Hours:
Full-time Monday-Friday hybrid role. 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

The Company:


We are delighted to represent our client who is a leader in the Fresh Produce industry, who are seeking an HR Systems Advisor to join their fast-paced business.

This role combines two areas of HR systems and administration.

Working directly for the Group HR Director, you will be providing reporting and administrative support for the senior HR team.

You will work across multi disciplines and with colleagues from acrossthe group as you help deliver the provision of MI across the HR team.

You will also provide HR and administrative support for the Executive team in the business.
Main Accountabilities

  • HR systems and Reporting accuracy and speed of data for executive teams
  • Delivery of administration to support key HR projects
  • Internal communication deadlines and scheduling
  • HR KPI input and collation
  • General HR and payroll administration
  • Training and coaching of HR systems users in the UK business

To be considered for this position:

  • Ideally some HR Systems experience, or balanced experience across both HR and IT
  • Knowledge and experience of using HR Systems, and the desire to use systems and reporting to drive better decision making
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with senior managers at all levels of the business
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent IT skills and confidence in learning new technology
