As the first point of contact for our esteemed members and guests, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome members and guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage reservations, appointments, and event bookings efficiently
  • Process Credit Card payments accurately and securely
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery

Essential Criteria:

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Well presented, with excellent customer service skills and awareness
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Planning, organizing, and delegating tasks and duties
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends where required
  • Experience in processing Credit Card payments
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
  • A Basic Disclosure check will be conducted at the start of employment and then every two years.
