As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Greet and check in/check out guests, respond to requests and questions, and provide information about the club and its services.
  • Communication: Answer and forward incoming calls, respond to emails, and communicate with guests and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Manage bookings and reservations, assist with administrative and clerical duties, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel reception or similar environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work a 5 over 7 schedule, including alternating weekends.
