Based in Liverpool, they are renowned for their commitment to providing high-quality housing services to their community.

  • Coordinate and schedule repair and maintenance services.
  • Manage customer service requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Ensure all repairs are logged and tracked accurately.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service status.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the management of servicerelated documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

The Successful Applicant:

A successful Repairs/Scheduling Assistant should have:

  • A strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and data management.
  • An understanding of the Not for Profit and Charities sector.
