Role Description:

To assist with all administrative and logístical matters relating to the delivery of key existing and upcoming projects.

  • Communicate and monitor existing key projects and prioritise in line with agreed scope and delivery requirements.
  • Provide direct support to the management team.
  • Report and communicate status and performance of assigned projects.
  • Attend project and customer meetings (actual & virtual) and assist with managing risks and issues relating to projects.
  • Provide weekly schedule to relevant production teams.
  • Provide visibility of demand to production and make them aware of changes.
  • Run weekly reports to monitor the requirements of deliveries.
  • Raise purchase orders for subcontract activities for the projects.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Stock monitoring.
  • Prepare and check relevant paperwork for weekly deliveries.


Predominantly an office-based role, though time will also regularly need to be spent in the production areas to communicate demand and maintain stock levels.

This post will require an adaptable individual to be flexible in responding to other duties which arise through changes and developments at Lordgate Engineering Ltd.
