Our team can work flexibly from home or the office, balancing the working day with personal commitments, whether that's personal wellbeing, childcare or interests.

The team usually meet up at our office in Hove or Exeter at least once a week, however this is flexible.

The EDF Business Solutions (EBS) marketing and enablement team owns and delivers the marketing strategy, manages engagement and owns and delivers the enablement strategy for EBS.

Marketing produce high quality content and communications which demonstrate EDF's leadership in the energy market as well as promoting EDF's products and services to ensure customers and channel partners select EDF as their partner of choice for achieving Net Zero.

Enablement supports all areas within EBS, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing, while maximising sales performance. Enablement ensure all teams have the tools they require and manage engagement across EBS.

The opportunity


As Marketing and Enablement Assistant, you will work closely with all members of the marketing and enablement team, supporting to deliver a wide range of externally and internally facing activity.


  • You will be expected to engage with stakeholders, escalating where necessary and presenting clear and concise information.
  • You will proofread and produce content in line with our brand guidelines, from social media posts to impactful training content.
  • You will support on the coordination and delivery of a range of engaging events.
  • You will manage the team KPI tracker to ensure it's always up to date and we are on track to deliver our plans.
  • You will champion and support with wider team engagement and actively support with new ideas on driving an awesome team culture.

What we're looking for

  • You will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and extremely organised, capable of prioritising your own workload.
  • Experience in communications would be an advantage but is not essential to this role.
  • You will have an eagerness to learn about marketing and enablement best practice with the ability to adopt the use of new technology.
  • You will be passionate about achieving results and someone who can work flexibly and adapt to new tasks.
  • You will be a confident communicator able to provide updates to stakeholders when required.
  • You will be an innovate thinker with the ability to approach undefined problems and produce results, leveraging resourcefulness, creativity and motivation.
