**Based in Shifnal, We are looking for a motivated administrator to join a growing company to help support and maximise growth, both internally, and in the marketplace. With a range of duties from general communications with customers, to processing orders,and liaising with suppliers.
What's involved:
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Dispatching orders and arranging delivery with customers
What's required:
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience with industry software such as Xero & HubSpot CMR, or similar.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
