Onboarding Assistant

Summary:
To support the growth of our business an excellent opportunity has arisen for a new position of Onboarding Assistant.
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role.
You will be responsible for onboarding projects, integration updates, and courier relationships.
Key Accountabilities:
- Attend meetings with the Sales Team on discovery calls for potential clients.
- Use internal WMS to generate datadriven reports.
- Build relationships with potential clients and support the Onboarding Manager on new client implementation.
- Collaborate and engage with internal teams (Sales, IT, Operation/Accounts) and ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner.
- Attend meetings with existing clients when system changes or upgrades are required, understand project needs and provide support.
- Build relationships with thirdparties and courier account managers.
- Provide rate cards to the sales team.
- Understand the requirements needed to export goods in EU and rest of the world.
- Maintain uptodate cards for UK/EU/ROW markets.
- Support Onboarding Manager on new courier implementation.
- Check and validate courier's ''cost vs charge''.
About you:
- **Must be able to communicate at all levels and provide ongoing support.
- Have an understanding of WMS - JDA knowledge.
- Dynamic, friendly and have a positive, cando attitude.
- Open to challenges.
- Eager to learn.
- Computer literate (good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office programmes).
- Have excellent time keeping skills and know how to prioritise work load.
Salary:
£26,000.00 per year
