The Position
We require
Multi Skilled Operatives to work individually or as part of a team undertaking repair and modernisation works to Empty Homes for Social Housing.
- Have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent trade qualification (or be prepared to work towards)
- Can demonstrate substantial experience in similar roles
- Can provide quality workmanship and consistent productivity in a variety of trade activities such as joinery, plastering, tiling, plumbing and finishing
- Have excellent communication skills
- Will maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Take ownership of tasks and pride in your work and ability
- Can show a strong awareness of Health and safety and environmental procedures
- Hold a full Driving Licence
Pay and Benefits
We consider ourselves an excellent employer which is a reflected in our ability to retain staff with many years loyal service.
- Between £12 to £14 per hour (negotiated based on experience)
- 40 Hour standard week
- Plenty of paid overtime available (at time & a half)
- Weekly pay

- Paid travelling time arrangement
- Weekly van stock replenishment including power tool sundries

Training, Development and Progression
Structec provide a comprehensive programme of training and skills development for all employees, with transferrable certificates and evidence of courses completed.
As a continually expanding and developing organisation, with a growing number of long-term contracts, there are frequent opportunities for ambitious and enthusiastic individuals to progress and join our supervisory and management teams.

£12.00-£14.00 per hour
