Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Carpenter Multi Trader to join our dynamic team at Howells Recruitment. As a crucial member of our construction and maintenance division, you will play a key role in ensuring the upkeep, improvement, and safety of social housing units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute high-quality joinery work in social housing units, adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform a range of multi-skilled tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, to ensure efficient project completion.
- Assess and repair various components within social housing units, utilizing your problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues, providing excellent customer service and support.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a joiner with multi-skilled capabilities, with relevant certifications in joinery and/or multi-skilled trades.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction and maintenance, with a strong focus on safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and inclusive attitude.
