We are looking for Sales Rock Star executives with a proven track record working in a corporate sales environment, ideally B2C target driven environment, would also suit insurance, telecoms, recruitment and financial services sales backgrounds.nWe have some fantastic new permanent vacancies at one of Andover's fastest growing companies.

nThe main purpose of the role would be to:


To handle all Outbound sales calls from customers who have recently enquired through various marketing channels about the various plans the company offer.

Achieve department conversion targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.nYou would look to progress the customer care to the next stage of the process and of course all calls would adhere to FCA regulations - standard practice for the industry.

All calls will be auto logged and key information recorded so attention to detail and accuracy are key when handling each call.

There calls are quite details so we would expect no more than 30-40 calls per day.nAnother important priority task of the role is to act as a Brand Ambassador for the Company, ensuring that all activity undertaken reflects the company in a positive way and delivers exemplary Customer Service.


nKey skills and experience we are looking for:

nStrong telephone call handling experience (preferred minimum of 1 year)nShowcasing the ability to handle a variety of calls professionally and accuratelynDelivering excellent Customer ServicenWorking in accordance with detailed proceduresnAble to solve problems and identify process improvementnFlexible approach with the ability to adapt quickly to meet business needsnWork with flexibility as part of a team.nConfidently overcome the callers objectivesnExcellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills at all levelsnAble to demonstrate empathy, sensitivity, kindness and patiencenResilient with a real desire for success and helping othersnCan-do attitude, self-motivatednHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyn​nOn top of the positive work environment, the company offers some of the best benefits around, along side the attractive holiday allowance, they also offer a Bupa Cash Plan and Life Assurance, Pension scheme, Employee assistance programme, free parking on site.nThe role is 37.5hrs per week full time.
