As the Senior Commercial Contract Manager, you will lead a team of commercial experts who will work with the procurement team to procure high value contracts.

Following the procurement, you will manage the contracts, acting as an advisor and trusted expertto our specified business directorates.

In the role you will ensure quality assured commercial management and you will manage associated commercial activity to achieve value creation and minimise total cost of ownership for our client.

You will be setting,defining, and implementing strategies and tactics; managing conflict resolution, using your ability to influence at all levels.

Your profile will include;

  • An inspiring leader
  • Bachelor's degree (pr similar) in Quantity Surveying
  • Have In depth knowledge of contract forms (NEC3, I Chem E and ICE)
  • Solid experience of commercial management experience (preferably in a Water, Utilities, Civils, or Construction Industry) Full driver's license
  • Significant experience of Cost Management and/or Quantity Surveying for large projects and framework arrangements
