Harvest is currently seeking a Customer Service/ Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.

The Role

As the primary contact for our customers, you will need strong communication skills, be self-motivated to meet targets, and collaborate effectively with the team to ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This role does not involve cold calling, as you will engage with an existing and loyal customer base. Working under the guidance of the Telesales Team Leader and Manager, your responsibilities will include nurturing and expanding a warm sales ledger in a specific geographical area, in conjunction with a field sales Business Development Manager.

The focus of the Telesales Team is to enhance relationships with current customers, maintain and grow business, process incoming and outgoing orders, promote new products, and negotiate prices. Performance targets are in place, with monthly bonuses and opportunities to earn vouchers and prizes.

You will collaborate closely with various departments such as Warehouse, Transport, Purchasing, Field Sales, and Accounts to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to expand your knowledge. From seasonal product variations to exploring unique ingredients with chefs, the role is dynamic and engaging.

Experience in a hospitality environment would be advantageous.
