This role will be responsible for developing pay/time processes and SOP's/WI. Recommends and implements improvements and/or modifications through advanced method's and controls. Monitors KPI's, audit controls and adherence to payroll legislation to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the review and governance of our global payroll setup and processes, and suggest best practices.
  • Organize changes to align, integrate, and harmonize our existing payroll service model.
  • Implement, maintain, and recommend Global payroll process improvements. Review/Update local payroll processes and develop documented standard operating procedures essential with for business continuity.
  • Supports Pay/Time Strategic Projects.
  • Prepares presentations and reports as assigned

Key requirements:

  • Willingness to travel to Manchester, UK one of our shared service centres on a quarterly basis
  • 7+ years payroll experience
  • Some knowledge and understanding of payroll legislation (* Multi countries in EMEA)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly excel/powerpoint
  • Excellent clientfacing and internal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
