Senior Global Payroll and Time Process Expert

Location - Manchester.

Hybrid Working

This role will be responsible for developing pay/time processes and SOP’s/WI. Recommends and implements improvements and/or modifications through advanced method’s and controls. Monitors KPI’s, audit controls and adherence to payroll legislation to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

- Facilitate the review and governance of our global payroll setup and processes, and suggest best practices.
- Organize changes to align, integrate, and harmonize our existing payroll service model.
- Implement, maintain, and recommend Global payroll process improvements. Review/Update local payroll processes and develop documented standard operating procedures essential with for business continuity.
- Supports Pay/Time Strategic Projects.
- Prepares presentations and reports as assigned

Key requirements:

- Willingness to travel to Manchester, UK one of our shared service centres on a quarterly basis
- 7+ years payroll experience
- Some knowledge and understanding of payroll legislation (* Multi countries in EMEA)
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly excel/powerpoint
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
