As a Telecommunications Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to manage, optimise and administer billing for the group's telecommunications systems, ensuring seamless and reliable communication.

In this role, you will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and fault reporting of voice and data networks. This is a 1 year fixed term contract - with the possibility of extension or going permanent.

You will work closely with other departments in order to coordinate installations at new sites. In addition, you will be familiar with ITIL frameworks and provide training to junior members of staff when required. Familiarity with ITIL (or a similar service management framework),

Kept up to date with telecommunications infrastructure.
