Job Title: Finance Team Member

About the Company: This firm of Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) is known for its professional and tailored financial advice that meets clients' needs and objectives.

Key Activities:

  • Supporting the existing Finance Department
  • Assisting with Commission and Fee Statements reconciliation
  • Maintaining Excel cashbooks
  • Handling Sage bookkeeping
  • Performing data checks and maintaining accurate records
  • Communicating effectively with different teams

Additional Duties:

  • Managing property/office-related issues
  • Keeping the Team's diary system updated
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects

About You:

  • Previous experience in an IFA firm is beneficial
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping is advantageous
  • Experience with Sage and reconciliation is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic and hard-working
