Early Years Primary Teacher

Protocol Education Agency is looking for a dynamic and passionate Early Years Primary Teacher to join a lively primary school in the beautiful Epping Forest area. This is a full-time position covering maternity leave, with an expected start date in September 2024.

Role Overview:

  • Position: Early Years Primary Teacher
  • Employment Type: Full-Time (Maternity Cover)
  • Location: Epping Forest Area
  • Start Date: September 2024

Responsibilities:

  • Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment for early years students.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons to meet the diverse needs of young learners.
  • Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive approach to early childhood education.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers to offer regular updates on student progress.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Demonstrated experience working with early years students in a primary school environment.
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to adjust teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
