About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Flexible Early Years Assistant to join our team in Southend and Shoeburyness.
The Early Years Alliance operates 3 nurseries in Southend-Shoeburyness: Centre Place, Cockleshell, and Shoebury. All of them have received a Good rating from Ofsted, averaging 9.9 on day nurseries.

The role involves supporting all 3 settings and includes traveling between them as needed.
We are seeking a Flexible Early Years Assistant who can provide high-quality inclusive early years education and care for our children. In this role, you would offer support on a flexible basis to meet the nurseries' requirements.

Requirements:
Successful candidates should have:
Prior experience working with young children and a friendly, adaptable attitude.
Willingness to undergo training leading to a recognized childcare qualification.
Additionally, candidates must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check if their current certificate is not registered with the update service.
