My name is Janelle and I run childrens entertainment company
Dream and Dazzle Parties.


I am currently looking for an assistant for my drama club at Kilmorie Primary School, SE23 starting on Wednesday 26th April.

I am looking for an assistant with an interest in working with children and performing arts.

I offer a few clubs at the school, but for this role I am specifically looking for an assistant to help me for 1 hour every Wednesday (during term time) from 3.30pm-4.30pm.


The role involves:

  • Assisting me with the drama based games and playing with the children.
  • Assisting me with the well-being of the children and dealing with any problems that arise as outlined in the training I will provide.
  • Occasionally running activities after training is provided.

A little bit about the club
Our drama sessions will run from pm every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Our sessions will involve exploring various drama based activities focusing on improvisation, creating characters, story-telling and movement. There will be a maximum of 15 students per group with one teacher and one assistant.

Requirements of the job

  • Strong communication skills
  • LOTS of energy
  • Up to date DBS
  • The right to work in the UK
The fee for this job is £30 per hour session.
