A great opportunity awaits to join our team and provide administrative support across our practices. We're a welcoming group based in Bensham. This role is perfect for an experienced Administrator looking to expand their knowledge in Primary Care services.
You'll collaborate with a talented administrative and secretarial team, assisting various functions within the practice.
Main Duties of the JobThe Reception CareNavigator will be the initial point of contact for patients, guiding them to the appropriate care with courtesy and empathy.
Provide efficient administrative support to the clinical team by reviewing and coding clinical documents. Manage patient recalls for chronic disease reviews and other quality areas.
Collaborate with the Quality and Contracts Manager to uphold high data quality standards and administrative services.
Offer secretarial support to the team including registrations, summarizing, medical reports, and correspondence.

Job DescriptionJob ResponsibilitiesSupport GPs by managing clinical documents, coding, and using EMIS software. Input patient data accurately onto medical records and manage monthly patient searches.
Reception Care Navigation duties include guiding patients to the right services and clinicians, and providing general assistance at the reception desk.
Provide administrative support to HR, Finance, and management teams as needed. Maintain ongoing training for skill enhancement while adhering to safety and legislative requirements.
