The Firm:

Shifts:

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

The Role:

  • Ensuring delivery dates are up to date on Glass office.
  • Liaising with Customers and Suppliers on a regular basis
  • Planning jobs to complete and ensuring jobs are completed by deadline/delivery dates/urgency.
  • Any issues are discussed with the team and customers/suppliers are updated.
  • Log any issues with glass, e.g., defected glass.
  • Overlook the goods in and out team, ensuring glass expected has arrived and completed jobs have been sent out.
  • Ensuring Customers are informed their completed jobs are ready for collection/delivery.
  • Organise transport as and when required.

The successful applicant:

  • Need logístical experience.
  • Someone heads on, sharp.
  • Literate.
  • Numerate.
  • Able to carry out minor maintenance tasks.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all colleagues.
  • Experience working in a factory environment.
  • Organised and methodical.
  • Good attention to detail.
