Then you could be part of our highly regarded Children's Commissioning Team.

Our work is expanding, and we are recruiting a new

We monitor service performance. Through the commissioning cycle we support the continual development of new services and ongoing improvement.

If you are well organised, good at building relationships, have high attention to detail, and can help to deliver complex but rewarding projects then this job could be ideal for you

We have been chosen by the Department for Education as one of the three national Families First for Children Pathfinders.

This brings an exciting opportunity for Lincolnshire who are recognised within the sector as a transformational authority.

The pathfinder has been created to bring about innovative reforms to Family Help, Child Protection, Statutory Safeguarding Partnerships and in unlocking the potential of Family Networks for children and families across Lincolnshire.

The Commissioning Team will support this pathfinder and other improvements which in time could include prevention and early help services, support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, mental health services, and services for children in care and leaving care.

If you join us, you will have a varied and flexible job. You will develop new skills and be part of a high performing and supportive team. We are looking for people with the right motivation and core skills. We will help you to become an expert commissioner.

Along with a competitive salary we are offering:

  • A Contributory pension
  • Comprehensive benefits package including excellent discount schemes and cycle to work
  • Flexible working policies
  • Career progression opportunities
  • A generous annual leave entitlement plus the option to buy more
